Dan ben jij misschien de nieuwe collega die we zoeken Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 ben je een belangrijke schakel in ons veiligheidsbeleid. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, adviseert, ondersteunt en werkt actief mee aan het creëren van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving voor al onze medewerkers. Je takenpakket omvat onder meer: Je analyseert risico's (RA's en TA's) en stelt gepaste preventiemaatregelen voor. Je neemt deel aan het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk (CPBW) en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid op de werkvloer. Je stelt adviezen en verslagen op, volgt ongevallen op en coördineert de aangifte en analyse. Je neemt initiatief voor opleidingen en campagnes rond preventie en welzijn. Je werkt nauw samen met HR, facility en operations om preventie structureel te integreren in onze bedrijfsprocessen. Je houdt de relevante wetgeving en regelgeving up-to-date en vertaalt die naar praktische toepassingen binnen Scania. Wat we vragen: Natuurlijk beschik je over het volgende profiel: Je beschikt over een diploma preventieadviseur niveau 2. Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Je hebt actuele kennis van welzijnswetgeving en relevante veiligheidsnormen. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt ook kennis van het Frans. Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office en eventueel met EHS-software of risicobeheersystemen. Nu de écht belangrijke zaken waar jij je in herkent: Je bent hands-on en staat stevig in je schoenen. Je bent een geboren communicator die medewerkers kan enthousiasmeren rond veiligheid. Je hebt een scherp oog voor risico's en gaat oplossingsgericht te werk.
