We are looking for a Process Analyst (Payments) who can start as soon as possible and is available for a short-term assignment.This role is a temporary replacement for one of our consultants.You will support the analysis, optimization, and implementation of payment processes.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document end-to-end payment processes (SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, etc.)Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across processesTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements for ITSupport the implementation of process improvements and system changesEnsure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.G. PSD2, compliance frameworks)Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, compliance, and business teamsContribute to testing activities (UAT) and validate implemented changesMonitor process performance and define KPIsProfile & Requirements3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in paymentsStrong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments)Experience within banking or financial services is requiredSolid understanding of process modelling (BPMN or similar)Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business requirements into functional specificationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory)
