SCRUM MASTER EXPERT
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join one of the two Professional Loans Squads within the Channels and Customer Experience - Enterprises Tribe.
Prior exposure to setting up Agile teams is considered an advantage.
Strengthening the team's overall performance.
Team & Product Owner Support
Lead the continuous improvement efforts within the team.
Identify impediments and either remove them yourself or support the team in resolving them to maintain focus on priorities.
Oversee the management of risks, dependencies, and blockers throughout the delivery cycle.
Ensure consistent coordination with other feature-related and Opus roles (ownership, quality, release, etc.).
Language Requirements
Fluency in English is essential.
Knowledge of one of the national languages is considered a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional background.
Solid understanding of Scrum processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Demonstrated capability in coaching Agile teams.
Familiarity with feature definition, planning, and end-to-end delivery.
Capability to step back from day-to-day activities and align with the company's broader strategic direction.
