Senior Airplane Systems Integration Engineer (TPIM)

Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Airplane Systems Integration Engineer (TPIM) to support the Technical Program Integration Manager team and serve as the systems integration focal for assigned aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead systems integration for assigned aircraft system, including requirements development, allocation, traceability, and design assurance (DA) development activities.
* Act as the DA Integration Specialist and gatekeeper for all actionable DA activities, coordinate with DAR (Development Assurance Review) focal points to track status and completion.
* Provide technical leadership with functional focal points across multiple system teams to resolve complex issues and develop solutions.
* Coordinate and manage the DAR calendar and workload for system-level DARs; prioritize and de-conflict airplane-level DAR activities.
* Prepare, review, and help produce verification artifacts and evidence required for DAR entrance criteria and assist teams in completing verification activities.
* Consolidate guidance, standard templates, and lessons learned for DAR focal points to promote consistent DA processes.
* Attend relevant meetings, capture decisions, document agreements, and close knowledge gaps.
* Disseminate communications related to process changes.
* Maintain situational awareness of changes across program processes (e.g., variant transitions) and drive IPT alignment with evolving requirements.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer, conduct internal dry-runs and rehearsals, and organize events that prepare teams for program-level reviews.
* Support mentoring and training activities to improve team competency in DA, requirements development, verification, and risk management.
* Coordinate and communicate technical information to leadership to support airplane-level development and certification efforts.
Required Qualifications
* Right to work in Brazil.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
* Registered or eligible to register with Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia (CREA).
* Experience in any airplane systems.
* Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with product assurance, certification/regulatory requirements, and system integration process.
* Experience in design engineering / engineering design processes.
* Experience in developing and managing metrics and design or process assurance.
* Experience organizing and conducting DAR dry runs, rehearsals, or readiness reviews for milestone engineering reviews.
* Experience using requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) and configuration management systems.
* Experience with Microsoft Project.
* Ability to systematically analyze, understand, organize, and communicate complex technical concepts across multiple disciplines efficiently.
* Ability to integrate and understand various process and data connections across the program.
* Desired knowledge in SAE ARP 4754 and ARP 4761.
