Regional Account Manager - Brussels & Wallonia
Location: Brussels
As a Regional Account Manager, you will drive the revenue increase and market share increase of EBU in the high SME market:
* Managing a client portfolio of an average of 40 existing accounts in the High SME market, through cross-sell, up-sell and securisation of the Orange products & services.
* Acquiring High SME customers in all line of business that OBE is proposing (Mobile, Fix & ICT) on a portfolio of about 75 prospects.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts within a designated geographical area.
* Meet customers on a regular basis to understand their complementary or evolving needs and evaluate their satisfaction regarding our company products and services
* Be responsible for the increase of commercial activities (X-sell, Up-sell) on your customer portfolio by selling the Orange products and services. Use your market and product knowledge to make accurate and competitive offers and to maximize customer satisfaction with Orange services
* Ensure retention of your customers in portfolio through offering offers for connectivity and ICT adapted to their needs
* Acquire new customers in the high SME market (companies from 100 up to 199 FTE) within a designated geographical area, visits prospects to introduce the company products and services. Develop understanding of the prospects' needs to be able to make a competitive offer and get the customers' approval.
* Negotiate contract terms with clients. Coordinate internal & external follow-up to close the sales. Coordinate the internal follow-up of the signed account offers.
* Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
* Ensure close follow-up in case customers experience problems (technical, billing, etc). Implement corrective actions as necessary to meet six-monthly personal sales targets. Take all necessary commercial actions to increase customer satisfaction, in line with OBE strategy.
* Graduate degree in sales or marketing or similar through experience
* Minimum 4 years in a sales oriented function and 2 years in a similar job, with high focus on prospection and acquisition
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
* Active listening, asking relevant questions (to understand customer needs and environment)
* Negotiating and selling skills (objections handling, closing techniques,…)
* Team player and team oriented
* Communication skills
* Positive attitude
* Bilingual FR/EN
