Do you speak Dutch, live in Belgium and want to grow your career in Business Sales?

Wello Solutions develops field service management software for service-driven businesses that work with technicians, assets, and on-site operations. Our platform helps SMBs structure their planning, execution, and reporting in a clear and reliable way.

To support our growth in the Dutch-speaking market, we are looking for a Business Consultant with 1+ year of experience, combining sales execution, inbound lead management, and technical consulting responsibilities.

The Role

As a Business Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for SMB prospects. You will handle inbound leads, follow up with interested companies, qualify their needs, run product demonstrations, and guide them through the sales process.

You will act as both a Sales Executive and a Technical Consultant, helping prospects understand how Wello fits their day-to-day operations. You will be supported by senior colleagues while progressively taking ownership of your own pipeline and deals.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing and partnerships

• Qualify prospects based on their business needs and service operations

• Contact and engage SMBs in the Dutch-speaking market

• Run discovery calls and product demonstrations

• Present Wello from both a commercial and technical perspective

• Act as a technical consultant during the sales process

• Prepare proposals and manage follow-ups through to contract signature

• Ensure a smooth handover to onboarding and customer teams

• Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts in the CRM

• Share feedback from prospects and customers with internal teams

What We Are Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably B2B or SaaS

• Native Dutch speaker with strong English skills

• Comfortable handling inbound leads and running sales conversations

• Interest in SaaS, technology, and business processes

• Clear and confident communicator

• Structured, proactive, and willing to learn

• Able to balance sales targets with a consultative approach

• French or German is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience running product demos or discovery calls

• First exposure to SaaS onboarding or technical consulting

• Experience working with SMB customers

• Interest in field service, maintenance, or operational software
