Key Responsibilities
* Work with customers to understand their unique needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Design and co-develop cloud-native applications using Azure services and cloud-native architectures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
* Coach and mentor colleagues on cloud-native development best practices and technologies
* Work with C-level and stakeholder to get things done
* Collaborate with client's stakeholders to understand their requirements and limitations
* Create a Statement of Work based on customer meetings
* Develop and refine the company's service offerings
* Lead customer workshops and POCs to validate and explore cloud capabilities
* Develop technical architecture for customer engagements
* Ensure technical implementation meets customer requirements during engagements
* Provide guidance to consultants to ensure that project outputs comply with the overall architecture
* Confidently, clearly, and concisely communicate architectural decisions and reasoning to clients and management, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Interact with clients throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Superb problem-solving and analytical skills
* Willingness to learn new things every day and share what you learned
* Five or more years of experience in secure software development, with a focus on cloud-native applications and Microsoft Azure
* Strong experience with .NET and related technologies
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Bicep
* Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with microservices architecture and API development
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles and DevOps practices
