For an international customer in Brussels, we are searching for an experienced Interim IT Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex IT projects and programs. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This is a hands-on role suited to a results-driven professional who can quickly integrate into an organisation and drive execution across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and third-party vendors
* Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting, and KPIs
* Engage with senior stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues
* Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
* Ensure quality standards, compliance, and best practices are followed
* Support change management and adoption across the organisation
* Coach and mentor team members where necessary
Profile
* Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager, Programme Manager, or similar role
* Strong track record of delivering complex IT initiatives in enterprise environments
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
* Experience managing distributed or international teams
* Ability to quickly assess environments and implement structure and improvements
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
