is an international industrial company specializing in the design and manufacturing of high value-added technical equipment for various sectors (energy, heavy industry, transport, etc.).
Part of an American group, the company operates in a demanding environment with strong challenges in international reporting, financial performance, and operational management.
In the context of a departure, the company is looking for a
Finance Manager
capable of taking over financial leadership and strengthening interactions with the international group.

As a
Finance Manager, you are responsible for all financial activities of the entity, with a particular focus on US GAAP reporting and communication with the group.
You act as a key link between local operations and international requirements.
Responsibilities
Closing & Reporting
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings (BE GAAP & US GAAP)
Ensure reporting to the international group
Analyze the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow
Finance & Performance Management
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements
Manage working capital issues (receivables, inventory, cash)
Ensure valuation of inventory and work-in-progress (WIP)
Audit & Compliance
Manage internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with local and group standards
Maintain a reliable internal control environment
Operations & Business
Participate in operational meetings
Collaborate with teams to optimize performance
Monitor costs, margins, and key performance indicators
Management
Supervise a team of 3 people
Support their development and ensure business continuity
Train new employees
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance (accounting, controlling, etc.)
Proven experience in US GAAP reporting (minimum 3 years)
Experience in an industrial or international environment
Languages
Fluent French
Fluent English (regular interaction with international group)
Technical Skills
Excellent knowledge of BE GAAP
Strong knowledge of US GAAP (essential)
Good command of Excel and financial tools

Salary: €6,500 – €7,000 gross/month

Working Conditions
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:06 PM
