Otis développe son activité et recherche un.e technicien.ne de modernisation (H/F/X) pour intégrer une de nos entités située à Bruxelles.
Votre priorité est d’assurer les travaux en respectant les règles de sécurité et les délais impartis.
Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez:
1. Installer les nouvelles technologies d'Otis sur l'ensemble de votre parc, afin d'améliorer les appareils en termes de sécurité, de fiabilité et confort et d'esthétique,
2. Réaliser des travaux de modernisation sur des ascenseurs déjà installés sur tous types de typologie et de bâtiments en adaptant les composants des ascenseurs sur le matériel existant
3. Effectuer le câblage et assurer le réglage des freins et des portes.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
4. Vous justifiez d’au moins 6 mois d'expérience dans le secteur des ascenseurs ou d’une première expérience en réparation ou installation de préférence en itinérance
5. Vous possédez de bonnes compétences en électricité, électrotechnique et mécanique.
6. Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’utilisation des outils électroniques et digitaux.
7. Professionnel(le) engagé(e), la sécurité est votre priorité
8. Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’échange et la communication
9. Curieux(se), adaptable, vous savez travailler seul(e) comme en équipe
10. Vous êtes titulaire du permis B.

Jouw prioriteit is het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden met respect voor de veiligheidsvoorschriften en de vooropgestelde deadlines.
Een typische werkdag omvat onder andere:
20. Installeren van nieuwe Otis-technologieën binnen jouw portfolio om de toestellen te verbeteren op het vlak van veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, comfort en esthetiek
21. Uitvoeren van modernisatiewerken aan bestaande liften, in verschillende types gebouwen, waarbij liftcomponenten worden aangepast aan de bestaande installaties
22. Uitvoeren van bekabeling en instaan voor het afstellen van remmen en deuren
Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn:
23. Minimaal 6 maanden ervaring in de liftsector, of een eerste relevante ervaring in herstelling of installatie, bij voorkeur in een mobiele functie
24. Goede kennis van elektriciteit, elektrotechniek en mechanica
25. Vlot in het gebruik van elektronische en digitale tools
26. Als geëngageerde professional staat veiligheid centraal in jouw manier van werken
27. Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen
28. Leergierig en flexibel, je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken
29. In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
