Description/Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to help shape of IT future in close collaboration the strategic stakeholders.
As Enterprise Architect, you act as a strategic liaison—connecting business ambition with architectural direction. You'll ensure that technology decisions support long-term goals, enable transformation, and create value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architectural Oversight
* Ensure enterprise-wide architecture principles and guardrails are understood and consistently applied across teams, maintaining coherence in both strategic and operational initiatives.
* Strategic Liaison Roles:
* With stakeholders: Align our client architecture with both local ambitions and group-level strategies.
* With Strategy & Portfolio: Embed architectural thinking into investment planning and portfolio prioritization.
* With Agility & Transformation: Ensure transformation efforts address people, process, and technology dimensions.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Solution Architects, Technology Architects, and Business Leaders to ensure end-to-end architectural consistency and value realization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as Enterprise Architect
* Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into architectural direction
* Excellent communication and influencing skills for both executive and technical audiences
* Experience with transformation programs and modern delivery models (e.g., DevOps)
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
* Fluency in Dutch and English
* Telco industry experience (highly preferred)
Nice to have skills:
* Knowledge of AI trends and implications for enterprise architecture
* Experience with Jira and LeanIX
* TOGAF certification or similar
