We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with 10+ years of professional experience to join our team in Brussels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
* Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
* Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
* Perform data validation, data quality checks, and data governance activities.
* Create visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
* Work closely with IT teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data availability.
* Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
* Support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
* Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python or R (preferred).
* Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
* Experience working with large and complex datasets.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders.
🎓 Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
🌟 Nice to Have
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
* Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.).
* Experience working in Agile environments.
