What you'll do

As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless booking process and a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will span across three key areas:


Reservations:

* Turn inquiries into bookings by assisting customers throughout their journey—from selecting the perfect property to confirming their stay.
* Guide clients on location, pricing, and property features to ensure their needs are met.
* Accurately manage booking information and system updates.


Guest Services:

* Provide attentive support to tenants during their stay, addressing their questions and concerns.
* Act as the main point of contact for guests, managing requests and resolving incidents promptly.
* Handle calls and communications professionally, ensuring exceptional service aligned with KPIs.
* Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard.


Property Management Support:

* Assist in strategies for maximizing property profitability and occupancy.
* Collaborate with property owners to ensure smooth operations.
* Address maintenance or administration issues efficiently.
* Maintain strong relationships with property owners.


About you

* Strong understanding of reservation processes and tenant support.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to optimize property profitability and occupancy.
* Knowledge of property maintenance and administration tasks.
* Familiarity with industry standards and quality service delivery.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
