To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven full-time accountant. What will you do? In this role, together with the Finance team, you will be responsible for the accounting from A to Y (purchases, sales, financial transactions, miscellaneous entries) for several companies. · You process and verify incoming and outgoing invoices on a daily basis; · You follow up on bank statements daily; · You prepare payment requests and set them ready for execution; · You are comfortable performing administrative tasks and understand the importance of accuracy and precision for smooth accounting processes; · You periodically follow up on the current accounts of our suppliers and customers; · You are responsible for preparing various sales invoices; · You support your colleagues in preparing the external audit file. Who are you? · Preferably you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy & Taxation, although relevant experience is at least as important; · You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in an international environment is a plus; · You have a good knowledge of VAT and tax regulations and know how to apply them; · You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and can easily use these tools in your daily work; · Knowledge of Odoo and Isabel is a plus; · You are accurate and reliable; · You work independently and are strong in setting priorities, allowing you to consistently meet deadlines; · Discretion is essential in this role; · You are highly committed to your work and act as if you were working for your own company, with passion and responsibility.
