Test consultant – sap successfactors

Our customer in Brussels is implementing SAP SuccessFactors with integrations to local HR systems. A Test Consultant is required to execute testing activities across the HR landscape, including HR processes, integrations, data, and compliance.
Responsibilities Execute End-to-End testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors and HR integrations
Support definition and documentation of test scenarios with business stakeholders
Ensure coverage of SAP localisations and Belgian HR, payroll, tax, and compliance requirements
Validate integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors, SAP HR systems, payroll, time management, and downstream systems
Coordinate testing activities with business users, process owners, technical teams, integration teams, and vendors
Track testing progress and report status
Profile Experience as Test Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Experience in SAP HR / SuccessFactors environments
Understanding of HR processes including Core HR, payroll, time management, position management, reporting, and analytics
Location: Brussels (50% onsite)
