As a Customer Service OTC, your responsibilities are:
* Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues promptly.
* Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
* Provide support to the sales team by preparing reports and documentation as needed.
* Monitor and follow up on backorders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all customer interactions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
A successful Customer Service OTC should have:
* Experience in customer service, preferably within the life science industry.
* Proficiency in order management systems and CRM tools.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A solution-oriented mindset and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
* Fluency in French, Dutch & English; additional language skills are a plus.
