We're looking for talented interns to join our Corporate Finance team during the academic year of Are you a Master's student with a keen interest in the exciting world of mergers and acquisitions (M&A)? At PwC, we offer you the opportunity to acquire international deals experience at 'the best business school in the world' by actively supporting the Corporate Finance | M&A Advisory deals team throughout the entire M&A process. What you'll learn and do Support on business development initiatives, conduct market researches and analyse the Belgian landscape in specific sectors Assist in the creation of presentations, financial analyses and pitches Conduct valuation exercises using a variety of methods Work on various deliverables throughout M&A transactions (information memorandums, long lists, dataroom assistance, etc.) Who you are Final year Master student Outstanding academic record Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Professional proficiency in English is required.
