The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified Corporate Legal Counsel with 3–4 years of post‑qualification experience to support the corporate legal and governance function for the BNN region (Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and the Nordics). This regional role covers the entire region and offers significant cross‑border exposure.
As Corporate Legal Counsel you will play a key role in day‑to‑day corporate compliance and strategic legal matters, working as an integral part of the BNN legal team and reporting directly to the Regional General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Support corporate secretariat activities in collaboration with the Regional General Counsel for legal entities across the region.
Prepare and organise corporate filings, board minutes and records and advise senior management and boards on corporate governance matters.
Participate in Group Legal Department initiatives and cross‑regional projects.
Liaise with the Group Corporate Department on governance and compliance topics.
Support the legal department in implementing and overseeing legal processes and controls.
Manage and coordinate a variety of legal and transactional matters across jurisdictions.
Practical Information
Reporting line: Regional General Counsel (based in Denmark)
Location: Belgium or Netherlands (primarily)
Travel: Limited expected
