PpHands‑on full‑stack infrastructure, security and resilience /p pAsset Management | Regulated environment | Brussels / Belgium /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pTreeTop is strengthening the technical foundation behind its Odoo, AI, automation, market‑data and digital operating model. /p pWe are looking for a senior Infrastructure Security Lead who has already managed a complete stack end to end. /p pMission: own and run the secure and reliable operation of TreeTop’s technical platform, with particular focus on infrastructure, security controls, backup/recovery, monitoring, DevOps controls and vendor challenge. /p h3YOUR TECHNICAL SCOPE /h3 h3INFRASTRUCTURE RUN /h3 ul liOn‑premise hardware, servers, storage, VMs and hosting environments. /li liWindows and Ubuntu/Linux server operations, lifecycle, patching and capacity. /li liDocker/Kubernetes environments and self‑hosted/open‑source platforms. /li liMonitoring, logging, alerting, incident handling and operational runbooks. /li liProfessional documentation of open‑source/self‑hosted stacks. /li /ul h3SECURITY RESILIENCE /h3 ul liEnd‑to‑end stack hardening: hardware, OS, containers, Kubernetes, apps, secrets and admin access. /li liIdentity, MFA, privileged access, least privilege, onboarding/offboarding and access reviews. /li liBackups, restore testing, disaster recovery assumptions and ransomware‑resistant recovery patterns. /li liGitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, deployment tokens, secrets and software supply‑chain controls. /li liRisk‑based challenge of providers, technical evidence for audits and management visibility. /li /ul h3HOW YOU WILL WORK /h3 pTreeTop is building a stronger internal technology team to support its Odoo, AI, automation, market‑data and digital operating model. /p pYou will work closely with the Head of IT, the AI Platform Engineer and the Odoo development team. /p pThe Head of IT leads the technology roadmap, business alignment, delivery priorities, budget coordination and external‑resource model. /p pYou lead the infrastructure and security foundation: /p ul liarchitecture, standards, configuration, hardening, monitoring /li libackup and recovery /li /ul pFor new platforms and major technical changes, the Head of IT coordinates delivery and resources. /p pYou will help TreeTop move from a historically outsourced setup towards a model with stronger internal ownership of architecture, access governance, operational logic, security posture and key technical decisions. /p pExternal partners and specialised resources will support Microsoft, networking, first‑line support, regulatory reporting, formal evidence preparation, specialist reviews and selected implementation work. /p pA core part of the role is to improve the infrastructure so that recurring issues become standardised, automated or structurally solved. /p pYou will strengthen identity flows, endpoint standards, privileged‑access governance, monitoring, recovery capability and operational discipline. /p pDocumentation is treated as an engineering asset. /p pYou will maintain practical architecture diagrams, access models, backup and recovery logic, endpoint standards, runbooks, key configuration decisions and technical evidence. /p pThis role suits someone who enjoys real infrastructure: /p pYou will have a visible role in building the technical foundation for TreeTop’s next phase. /p h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 h3MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liSubstantial relevant experience in infrastructure, technical operations, platform engineering, security engineering or DevOps, typically demonstrated through 8+ years of hands‑on responsibility. /li liHands‑on ownership of complete environments, not only ticket coordination or vendor management. /li liStrong Linux and Windows server administration, virtualization, networking fundamentals and backup/recovery. /li liDocker and Kubernetes operations with practical security judgement. /li liAbility to explain risks clearly to management and challenge vendors constructively. /li /ul h3STRONG ADVANTAGES /h3 ul liRegulated financial services, CSSF/FSMA/DORA exposure or audit‑facing technical evidence. /li liBloomberg connectivity, market‑data feeds or financial application environments. /li liOdoo, n8n, LiteLLM, internal AI tooling or self‑hosted open‑source platforms. /li liExperience reducing Microsoft dependency or operating hybrid Microsoft/open‑source environments. /li liCertifications are welcome, but practical engineering credibility matters more. /li /ul h3YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF YOU ARE… /h3 ul lihands‑on, experienced and comfortable owning real systems, not only governance documents;
