Account Manager – Molecular Diagnostics - Core Lab

Core Lab Solution Mackinnon Bruce International are partnered with
a globally renowned and rapidly growing name in the diagnostics
industry. The company is recognised for its innovation and market
leadership across Core Lab and Molecular Diagnostic platforms,
offering integrated and high-performance solutions for both
clinical and industrial laboratories. Looking to appoint a Key
Account Manager to drive strategic growth across the Belux region.
You will take ownership of developing the Molecular Diagnostics
portfolio, with a strong focus on PCR-based testing and related
technologies, delivering value across laboratories and hospital
settings. Responsibilities - Develop and execute territory-specific
strategies to grow the company's portfolio, particularly within
Core Lab environments. - Drive business development by identifying
and converting new leads in clinical laboratories and hospital
networks. - Strengthen client relationships by offering tailored
diagnostic solutions using PCR & Lab Systems - Collaborate with
internal teams including Product Management to ensure successful
assay implementation and customer onboarding Qualifications -
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics, Life
Sciences, or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in Molecular
Biology, Biochemistry, or other Life Science/Medical fields. -
Proven success in B2B sales within hospital or laboratory
environments. - Demonstrated expertise with PCR technologies,
molecular instruments, and laboratory automation. - French speaker
with professional fluency in Dutch; English is a plus. - Experience
working with Autoimmunity or Core Lab solutions is highly valued.
