Our Client, a renown Biopharmaceutical company is looking for an ELN (Electronic Laboratory note book) Business Analyst & Developer. Working within the Digital Laboratory Operations team, this role will help to shape the future of the CMC Development and sits at the intersection of science and digital innovation, driving the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ELN platform. It will cover development activities for small molecules, Biologicals and gene therapies. This is a long-term consultant role.
What You'll Do
* Partner with scientists to understand workflows and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
* Design and build ELN experiment templates, forms, workflows, and calculation sheets.
* Structure and map scientific data aligned with FAIR principles and internal CMC data models.
* Enhance usability, searchability, and integration with other lab and enterprise systems.
* Lead or support development, testing, issue resolution, and release readiness.
* Deliver documentation, datasets, and training to drive adoption.
* Support lifecycle management, change requests, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
* Hands‐on experience with an ELN platform, ideally IDBS E‐WorkBook (on‐prem or cloud).
* Strong understanding of CMC Development lab workflows (small molecules, biologics, analytical development, sample & inventory management).
* Solid business analysis and product mindset: curious, proactive, analytical, and self‐driven.
* Strong communication and facilitation skills.
* Knowledge of GxP/CSV and biopharma quality standards is a plus.
* A passion for improving digital lab operations and challenging legacy processes.
* Good knowledge of English, Knowledge of French is a plus
