Position Summary
Join GSK as an HR Business Partner in Belgium, where you’ll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and driving meaningful change. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster an inclusive culture, and support talent development. Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to design and deliver HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead change initiatives, including organizational design and workforce planning, to support business growth.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging culture by coaching leaders and driving employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Support talent management efforts, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Manage and lead talent discussions
- Advise and assist the leaders in their HR related questions (compensations, talent, etc.)
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and measure impact.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and mitigate risks, including managing employee relations and labor law matters.
Basic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and at least 5 yeast of experience or a master degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position.
- Strong HR generalist experience, including partnering with leaders to deliver HR strategies.
- Solid understanding of Belgian labor law and industrial relations.
- Proven experience in a pharma or biotech environment.
- Experience in leadership development, talent management, and building high-performing teams.
- Solid experience in managing projects from end to end, with serious skills in risk evaluation
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skillset
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at different levels of leadership
- Ability to use data and analytics to draw insights and recommend actions.
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive cultural and organizational change.
- Proven ability to deliver complex organizational changes, including workforce restructuring.
- Strong project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and navigating complex stakeholder networks.
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of global consultation processes and best practices.
This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of remote and on-site work in Belgium.
