Role OverviewWe are looking for a Team Lead Security Architects to define and drive the organization's security architecture strategy and governance.You will lead a team of architects, ensuring that security standards, risk management, and enterprise architecture are consistently applied across all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead and structure the Security Architecture team (mentoring & coordination)Define and maintain security architecture frameworks and standardsEnsure alignment between security, business, and enterprise architectureDrive risk-based decision-making across projects and programsOversee architecture reviews, governance, and compliance (ISO, NIST)Support cloud, resilience, and transformation initiatives
Profile 10+ years in IT, including 6+ years in Security ArchitectureProven experience in leading/mentoring security architectsStrong background in security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsAbility to align business needs with secure architecture solutionsMaster's degree requiredLanguages: English + French or Dutch (fluent)
Nice to Have Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CISM, CRISC, TOGAF, SABSAExperience with cloud security and risk assessments
