Job brief We are looking for an HR & Office Manager, reporting to the Finance Director, to lead and coordinate all HR and office activities while providing guidance and support to the Managing Director, Management Team, and all employees within Camfil Belgium. The role fosters an efficient, compliant, and people-focused workplace. Essential duties and responsibilities on the job Oversee and maintain HR systems, including the EMEA HRIS, payroll administration (SD Worx), and absence tracking tool (HRSS). Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of all employee records. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR tools and systems, such as HRIS-payroll integration, implementation of HRIS Recruit, and the Camfil Job Framework. Supporting overall group HR initiatives and needs. Set up, maintain and update HR company policies and internal procedures (e.G. car policy, benefits). Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and standards (e.G. GDPR, FLA tool, coordinate the rollout of the Mobility Budget initiative 2026). Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, active talent search via LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate screening, and first-round interviews. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional employee experience. Coordinate employee training programs and ensure effective tracking of learning activities. Follow up on results and actions from Winningtemp (employee engagement platform). Support and coordinate GEEIS Diversity Audits and related diversity and inclusion initiatives. Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture. Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. Coordinate business travel, meetings, and company events. Manage IT equipment and oversee general office administration. Skills crucial to success in this role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential. Ability to manage multiple tasks and a strong motivation to work independently and proactively. Experience in HR at both strategic and operational levels, preferably within an equivalent international organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
