Within Televic Conference, we provide innovative conferencing solutions to high-profile customers such as the United Nations, Nato, and several municipalities, large corporates and courts. Our systems ensure flawless intelligibility, intuitive moderation, remote participation and multilingual support—enabling efficient decision-making across the globe. 

To support our continued growth and push the boundaries of technological innovation, we are looking for a Product Manager.

What will you do?

As Product Manager at Televic Conference, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our professional conferencing solutions targeted at specific Vertical Markets (Corporate, Courtroom,…) — from ideation and market introduction to optimization and end-of-life. With a keen focus on market needs, user experience, technological innovation, and product quality, you will help shape the strategic direction of an important part of our portfolio and ensure our solutions remain the global benchmark in high-end conferencing technology.

Key responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind both our sales efforts and administrative processes — from smooth order handling to proactive internal coordination — in a dynamic role that’s as commercially impactful as it is operationally essential.

Your responsibilities:

4. Define and communicate product strategy and roadmaps, aligned with our market vision and innovation strategy.
5. Gather market insights and customer needs through market research, competitive analysis, and client interaction.
6. Build close relationships with key accounts and technology partners to understand their use cases and explore new business opportunities.
7. Translate customer pains into clear product requirements, collaborating closely with R&D, Product Marketing, and Sales.
8. Play a key role in new product introductions, from business case development to launch execution.
9. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to position products effectively, ensure impactful go-to-market strategies, and provide training and sales enablement tools.
10. Drive continuous product improvement and lifecycle management, based on performance data and customer feedback.
11. Take full ownership of your products and drive their adoption and growth in the market, where appropriate by engaging directly in sales activities to prove market viability.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and strong ownership. Someone who can balance technical insights with market realities and drive product excellence at every stage.

12. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, or equivalent technical background.
13. Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in product management and lifecycle ownership; experience in audio/video or conferencing tech is a strong asset.
14. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to translate insights into action.
15. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
16. Strong business acumen to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
17. A customer-centric mindset.
18. Familiarity with UX principles and customer journey thinking.
19. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
