This in the context of hospitalization insurance, insurance for outpatient expenses or serious illness, and in offering additional health-related services. /ppCustomer orientation is our DNA and our availability and willingness to listen ensure a customized approach. /ppstrongPOSITION SUMMARY /strongbr /You will be part of the Business Enabling and transformation team with a strong focus on quality improvement and change projects. As a Training Process Improvement Specialist you will ensure that the trainings are aligned with the strategy, the organization and the evolution of processes and jobs of the Healthcare Department. You will modernize the training methodology and material, ensure the quality of the implemented processes and contribute to important quality improvement and change projects.br /As our Training Process Improvement Specialist, your job embodies the quality and customer focus mindset, constant learning and knowledge expansion, as well for newcomers as for the existing staff. You will play a crucial role by guiding teams through change and provide them support. br /You will work hand in hand with the Business Managers in order to identify the needs within the organization and will be responsible to be the gate keeper of the main processes. /ppstrongDIMENSIONS OF ROLE /strong /pulliImplement and develop the global training plan in alignment with the strategy /liliAnimation of the different phases in the training cycle: onboardings, upskilling, reskilling /liliDetection of deficiencies in terms of quality and contribution to the continuous improvement in close collaboration with the operational managers /liliProcess Change Management /liliTransversal relationships with Healthcare Managers Team Leaders and the Quality Manager /liliAnimation of a community "Learning Development process" /li /ulpstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /ppTraining Officer /pulliDevelop, maintain and modernise Training approach and modules taking into account different learning styles /liliAnimate and monitor the development of individual and collective skills and knowledge /liliEvaluate the trainings and improve to remain aligned with the strategy and organization needs /liliSpread a self-learning, Process, Customer Satisfaction culture /liliIntegrate the evolutions of the Healthcare Insurance jobs due to AI involvement /li /ulpProcess quality management: /pulliMap and improve main processes in order to ensure the quality and efficiency of the operational flow /liliEnsure that Process Documentation is up to date according to new processes and evolutions /liliAccording to process evolutions, organize the adequate upskilling and reskilling of the functions /li /ulbr /ulliBachelor or Master /liliFrench and Dutch + English mandatory /liliMinimum 3 years of proven experience /liliHighly proficient in MS Office (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management System experience is a plus /liliExcellent communication skills, team working and collaborative behavior both face to face and remotely /liliContinuous Improvement mindset /liliAbility to plan and manage multi tasks and being at ease with time management /liliAnalytical skills /li /ulbr /pBy joining AXA Partners, you will work in a responsible company, which offers a real culture of expertise diversity.
