Job Description:
Join a team of experienced Supply Chain Strategy consultants, helping clients navigate their most complex supply chain challenges. You’ll use your expertise to transform both local and international organizations, turning their supply chains into strategic drivers of competitive advantage.
In this role, you will:
Support clients in defining their strategic supply chain ambitions, identifying key initiatives, shaping business cases, and building actionable improvement roadmaps.
Design resilient, future-ready supply chain capabilities, including processes, organizational structures, governance, technology ecosystems, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of supply chain performance and cost structures.
Model various supply chain network configurations and evaluate their impact.
Engage in high-impact discussions with clients, combining creativity with deep supply chain knowledge.
Contribute to business development efforts and internal initiatives to grow the Supply Chain Strategy practice.
Develop innovative methodologies, transformation assets, and thought leadership materials, including articles, presentations, and industry publications.
Share your knowledge and enthusiasm with colleagues, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including strategy, technology, analytics, human capital, and financial advisory—to address the most critical business issues clients face.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for global Supply Chain Strategy
A positive, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
Strong conceptual thinking, backed by analytical rigor and understanding of end-to-end supply chain dynamics
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Proven ability to structure complex work and deliver client-ready outputs
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
Demonstrated success in delivering supply chain strategy projects in high-pressure, international environments
Experience or knowledge in Life Sciences, Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods & Retail is a plus
Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field, with 3–5 years of consulting or relevant industry experience
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage
Willingness to travel occasionally as part of international project work
