What will you do?
* Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
* Answer phone calls and emails, and redirect them as necessary
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Oversee office supplies and equipment management
* Organize and coordinate internal meetings and events
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of common workspaces
* Assist the management team with various administrative tasks
* Manage general services: liaise with service providers, monitor contracts, etc.
Profil
Who are you?
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, management tools)
* Good time management and problem-solving skills
* Versatility and flexibility
* Degree in administration, management, or a related field
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred
* Proficiency in French and FLAMISH (spoken and written)
* Positive and proactive attitude
