Digital Engagement Functional Analyst

We’re seeking a Functional Analyst in the Digital Engagement Domain to analyze business
requirements and convert those into functional specifications in order to guide and support the
agile team in the implementation of digital applications that match the needs of the customer
(B2B portals, websites, in-store applications, quotation tools, sales tools, etc.).
Your role and responsibilities:
1. You are part of one of the agile teams in the digital engagement domain.
2. You collect and understand the business requirements and map out possible functional
solutions in collaboration with the product owner of your agile team.
3. You analyze the chosen solution in detail and translate the solution into functional
specifications based on the capabilities of our digital engagement platforms (SAP
Commerce, Sitecore CMS, Adobe AEM, SAP Emarsys, SAP CDP, SAP Sales Cloud, etc.) and
according to the architectural guidelines.
4. You share and discuss the functional specifications within your agile team during
technical refinement sessions
5. You collaborate with other teams, such as UX designers, integration and SAP ERP teams,
to ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
6. You assist in the setup and execution of test cases.
7. You demonstrate the implemented solution to the business users.
8. You create and maintain clear documentation.
9. You provide support after implementation.
Who are you?
10. Master's degree.
11. At least 2 years of relevant experience in functional analyst role.
12. Familiarity with digital engagement tools and technologies, such as eCommerce systems
(preferably SAP Commerce), websites, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, etc.
13. Experience working with Agile methodologies.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
