Your Work Context
Our logistics department is a support service within the technical department, consisting of a purchasing department, warehouses and a transport service. It is responsible for the timely delivery of spare parts to supply our yards and ships at home and abroad.
Your Role
As a Logistics Assistant, you will provide logistical support to various divisions with regard to the preparation of order forms, arranging transport, etc. In addition, you will be responsible for obtaining the necessary logistical and administrative data (addresses, ordering companies, etc.) at the start of a new construction project.Your tasks and responsibilities are:
Writing and monitoring logistics processes in procedures.
Monitoring and reporting on outstanding orders/requests.
Training employees in the use of the Central Logistics System.
Resolving logistics issues in consultation with the Logistics Manager.
Following up on deliveries of goods.
What do you need?You have a bachelor's degree in logistics. You are accurate and always finish things down to the last detail. You enjoy communicating with different departments and think in a solution-oriented way.
