Job description
We are searching for a highly motivated team-player, passionate about the world of perfumery science, for the role of Junior Fragrance Evaluator to be focused in selection of fragrances from our library for current commercial projects.
A perfect candidate:
- works constantly on customers’ projects and briefs in part of searching in our internal library for relevant references and selection of appropriate items, considering olfactory description, price range, application and other key details of different projects as required;
- has a good knowledge of the perfumer’s palette, projects to the Sales team a clear understanding of customers’ requirements in order to ensure successful completion of projects;
- collaborates in olfactory mapping, preparing internal and external presentations, fragrance descriptions and olfactory pyramids;
- regularly reviews and evaluates cross-category of market products, new launches, etc. Constantly reviews and evaluates the Company’s library of references and new entries, contributes to improvement and development of our portfolio due to the last trends at the market.
Requirements
University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or other related sciences.
Strong olfactory sense and memory, expertise in fragrance creation, selection and evaluation.
2+ years’ experience in fragrances for home care and personal care products.
Client-oriented, good communicational and interpersonal skills.
Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Manages timeline executions with limited supervisions.
Excellent English and Spanish is a must.
