PpBrussels, Belgium (on-site) /p pFull-time | Mon–Fri | 9:00–18:00 CET /p pWe are a Brussels-based consumer goods company with four brands: Bambaw (sustainable everyday essentials), Bambaw Cozy (comfort and home), Oravix (oral care), and Arista Ayurveda (wellness). We sell across Europe, the USA, and Canada through Amazon, our Shopify website, and wholesale partners. /p pAs the company grows, so does the need for a dedicated marketing leader who can own the full function across all four brands. We're looking for a bMarketing Lead /b to take ownership of strategy, team, budget, and the launch engine, and build the marketing capability that matches our ambitions. /p pYou’ll have direct access to the founders and a real seat at the table. The team is in place, the brands have traction, and the function is yours to elevate. /p h3Who We're Looking For /h3 pA strategic, commercially grounded marketing leader who can run multi-brand launch pipelines, build and lead a team across brand, creative, and growth functions, set differentiated brand strategy for multiple brands at once, and own a marketing budget with real ROI accountability. You align cross‑functional teams through competence, not hierarchy. You make trade‑offs under pressure, accelerate risks early, and set the priority rather than wait to be told. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSet strategic brand direction across four brands and ensure clear positioning, no cannibalization, and distinct audiences. /li liOwn marketing readiness for every launch: review Market Requirement Documents, lock briefs, ensure content is delivered and channels are briefed. Prioritize when the team can't do everything at once. /li liBuild and execute a demand generation strategy across social, content, influencer, and brand campaigns. Allocate budget to highest-impact initiatives and track ROI. /li liLead the marketing team (Brand Managers, Content Production Manager, Social Media Manager, D2C Lead): set goals, develop people, hire for capability gaps, and resolve cross‑functional conflicts. /li liSet the quality bar for all creative output. Approve creative direction for major launches and campaigns. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Must-Have /h3 ul li7 to 12 years of experience in marketing leadership roles /li liExperience leading a team of at least 4 people across brand, creative, or growth functions /li liProven ability to manage end-to-end launch pipelines across multiple SKUs or brands /li liOwnership of a marketing budget with clear, ROI-driven decision-making /li liBackground in consumer goods, e-commerce, or marketplace-driven businesses /li liComfortable working in fast-paced environments where processes are still evolving /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liExperience with Amazon marketplace dynamics /li liBackground in D2C and marketplace hybrid business models /li liExperience in an FMCG environment /li liExperience managing managers /li liExposure to multi-language EU marketplaces /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liDirect ownership of the marketing function across a growing international brand portfolio. /li liA real seat at the table for strategic decisions. /li liThe mandate to build and shape your team. /li liA driven, ambitious team of ~30 people in Brussels who value ownership, clarity, and results. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
