The team is in place, the brands have traction, and the function is yours to elevate. /p h3Who We're Looking For /h3 pA strategic, commercially grounded marketing leader who can run multi-brand launch pipelines, build and lead a team across brand, creative, and growth functions, set differentiated brand strategy for multiple brands at once, and own a marketing budget with real ROI accountability. You align cross‑functional teams through competence, not hierarchy. You make trade‑offs under pressure, accelerate risks early, and set the priority rather than wait to be told. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSet strategic brand direction across four brands and ensure clear positioning, no cannibalization, and distinct audiences. /li liOwn marketing readiness for every launch: review Market Requirement Documents, lock briefs, ensure content is delivered and channels are briefed. Prioritize when the team can't do everything at once. /li liBuild and execute a demand generation strategy across social, content, influencer, and brand campaigns. Allocate budget to highest-impact initiatives and track ROI. /li liLead the marketing team (Brand Managers, Content Production Manager, Social Media Manager, D2C Lead): set goals, develop people, hire for capability gaps, and resolve cross‑functional conflicts. /li liSet the quality bar for all creative output.
