International Business Development Role
Jaga is seeking a skilled professional to take on a strategic business development role.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales or business development, successfully established within a technical or construction-related industry.
A strong technical affinity combined with the ability to translate technology into tangible customer value is essential. Knowledge of HVAC, cooling, ventilation, and heat pumps is highly valued.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in export markets and building distribution networks.
Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of other languages such as Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Russian is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new markets, growing partnerships, promoting innovation, and closing deals.
* Develop new markets: actively search for and secure new distributors, partners, and clients in selected export regions, based on strategic market studies and analyses.
* Grow partnerships: expand existing accounts and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, architects, and installers.
* Promote innovation: introduce Jaga's advanced cooling and climate solutions in markets where these technologies are not yet well known.
* Closedeals: manage negotiations and contracts to deliver profitable growth.
You will work closely with various internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and represent Jaga abroad through international trade fairs, industry events, and customer visits.
