We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to support our client's complex IT initiatives. This assignment involves full project lifecycle responsibilities, from stakeholder engagement to post-deployment support, with a strong emphasis on coordination, documentation, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the RFI/RFP processes with clear ownership of documentation and evaluation.
Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring agendas are aligned and discussions are effectively followed up.
Ensure accurate documentation of business processes, functional diagrams, use cases, and technical requirements.
Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and follow-up across the project lifecycle.
Conduct impact and gap analyses to align technical deliverables with business goals.
Facilitate workshops and provide clear and structured project status updates.
Tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and other project managers.
Ensure that functional specifications meet defined business needs.
Support test planning, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.
Maintain structured documentation and change logs throughout the project.
Identify risks early and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Provide support during deployment and assist end-users in UAT and go-live phases.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds a Master's degree and has 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager and IT Analyst.
Brings hands-on experience with large-scale projects (>€2M).
Is certified in PRINCE2 Foundation and SCRUM Master.
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Has previous experience working with foreign suppliers and managing multilingual teams.
Possesses strong communication skills and is confident in stakeholder reporting and steering committees.
Has an affinity with programming concepts (preferably .NET) and is comfortable with writing SQL queries using SQL Server tools.
Fluent in English (C1), French (B2), and Dutch (B2).
Additional Notes
This is an on-site role with fixed presence required on Mondays and Thursdays, with additional days on request.
