## Senior Manager IT BRM - Finance, GTM and ISCGrimbergen,BEL## **This role in summary**We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic and experienced Senior Manager IT to lead Finance, GTM, Supply Chain and governance of the EMEA IT organization. This role serves as the strategic finance partner to the CIO and KitchenAid EMEA leadership team, ensuring effective cost management, compliance, and transparency across global technology investments.As a member of the EMEA Leadership Team, the Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping regional IT finance strategy, driving business alignment, leading vendor management, and building technology synergies across regions. This position also acts as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to the business, ensuring IT financial solutions are aligned with enterprise goals.## **Your responsibilities will include***Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** Lead annual IT budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.* Monitor and report IT OPEX & CAPEX performance, including variances and corrective actions.* Develop financial models to assess ROI of IT initiatives including cloud, ERP, and digital transformation programs.* Well versed with Account Payable, Account Receivables and Accounting Auditing processes.* Well versed with SAP Finance, MM modules along with Taxation and VAT processes.*Leadership & Business Partnering** Develop and Execute Regional IT Strategy: This leader will be responsible for defining and implementing a technology roadmap that aligns with both corporate goals and the unique needs of the region. This includes long-range planning for investments in digital transformation and new technologies.* Act as a Primary Business Partner: This role will serve as a key member of the regional leadership team, providing guidance on how technology can drive market growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.* Champion Digital Transformation: This role will lead the region's digital transformation roadmap, identifying and implementing new technologies—such as cloud services and ERP systems—to create business value and a competitive advantage.* Serve as an active member of the EMEA Leadership Team, contributing to regional strategic initiatives and decision-making.* Lead and develop the EMEA IT team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.* Act as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), ensuring IT finance priorities are aligned with enterprise objectives.*Team and People Leadership** Lead a High-Performing, Multi-functional Team: This role will build and guide a diverse, high-performing IT team across the region, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.* Mentor and Develop Talent: They will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, creating a strong talent pipeline for future technology leaders.* Champion Organizational Change: The leader must effectively communicate the value of IT initiatives to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth technology adoption and a positive return on investment.* Drive finance transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA and ECC, with deep expertise in FICO processes.* Apply understanding of standard vs. actual material costing in financial reporting and analysis.* Ensure highest levels of compliance with SOX controls and IT security standards.* Collaborate with IT and audit teams to ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS principles.* Oversee tax-related configurations and compliance, with expertise in North America, EMEA Sales & Use Tax, VAT, and global tax requirements.* Act as subject-matter expert for IT finance systems, optimizing financial tools across the enterprise.## **Minimum requirements*** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).* 8–12 years of progressive experience in Finance, IT Finance, or FP&A, with 3+ years in a management role.* Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ECC FICO processes.* Strong knowledge of tax compliance, GAAP, IFRS, and material costing principles.* Hands-on experience with Vertex, Planisware, Kofax ReadSoft, Ivalua, FIS Quantum, BlackLine, and PI/PO integrations.* Familiarity with Financial Supply Chain Management and Swift network integrations.* Proven people leadership, with experience leading multicultural teams across EMEA.* Strong experience in vendor management and governance.* Ability to build technology synergies across global regions.* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to act as a trusted Business Relationship Manager (BRM).## **What we offer*** Play a strategic role at the intersection of Finance and IT.* Be an integral part of the EMEA Leadership Team, shaping regional and Global IT strategies.* Drive ERP transformation and shape enterprise-wide financial solutions.* Lead and inspire a regional IT team while collaborating with global leaders.* Partner with business and technology leaders as a BRM, leading all aspects of IT.Data Privacy AgreementYou acknowledge you have reviewed our.
