We are currently looking to strengthen our team in Flanders with a Partner Executive Search.
Position
Within a team of highly dedicated and experienced Partners and Consultants, and with the support of an international and internal Research team, you will be in charge of handling search assignments for senior executive positions in various sectors and functional areas.
Thanks to your business insight and relation building skills, you will develop long term collaboration and act as a trusted advisor with/to company leaders regarding the recruitment of senior executives and strategic talents.
As an ambassador of our firm and of its quality standards, you will be directly involved in its further development and long term success.
Candidate profile
You offer ideally a successful track record of minimum 5 years as a Senior Consultant or Partner in Executive Search, Interim Management and/or Leadership Assessment. Other proven experiences in leadership roles in the corporate world or in the consulting industry will also be considered. Most importantly however, you can rely on an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong business network at C-level, and you are passionate about advising companies and senior executives in creating successful collaboration and lasting impact.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English, and you are looking to join a corporate culture where professionalism, commitment, autonomy and collegiality represent core values.
