We’re seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Officer to elevate our products and processes to top-tier standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Your Key Responsibilities
* Support quality management system activities and ensure smooth implementation across operations.
* Assist with raw material release, manage supplier complaints, and maintain accurate documentation.
* Coordinate supplier qualification and oversee raw material specifications and approved supplier lists.
* Investigate quality deviations during monitoring and production, contributing to root cause analysis and customer complaint reports.
* Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
