Functional Analyst Expert
Request for a senior functional analyst resource to support the ongoing efforts to optimize the Mortgages application. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, particularly in TIBCO services, and be able to deep dive into the existing architecture to identify areas for improvement.
The primary objective of this resource is to replace the current TIBCO services with Java-based solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to the application's functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing the existing TIBCO services, designing and implementing Java-based alternatives and collaborating with the development team to ensure a smooth transition.
We are looking for a senior functional analyst with the following profile:
* Strong technical background in software development, with a focus on Java (TIBCO knowledge would be top): the person should have enough Java knowledge to understand and compare the code to the reality of the functionalities
* Proven experience in analysing complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions,
* Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and integration principles: enough functional & design competences to quickly understand how we work in Mortgages squad, where we can quickly improve, and introduce a real functional layer.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deep dive into technical issues and provide effective solutions,
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
* Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus, to set future mind-set towards the team.
* Currently, the E2E analyst produce a technical document with IF and ELSE statements, we want someone who can provide the breakdown from the requirements, assess the impacted functionalities and help us find better ways to document the change and be future-proof.
