About The Role
In this role, you will drive process development from lab scale to scaled-up systems, with a focus on electrochemical fabrication techniques such as anodization and electrodeposition, as well as patterning methods including inkjet printing and lithography
Key responsibilities
* Develop and optimize electrochemical fabrication processes.
* Implement patterning techniques for wafer-scale applications.
* Transfer processes from lab scale to larger systems.
* Develop and apply statistical process control (SPC) methods.
* Document procedures and contribute to technical writing.
* Communicate findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for
We seek a skilled Process Development Engineer with expertise in electrochemistry and patterning. The ideal candidate will have:
* 0–3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience beyond lab-scale projects and strong communication skills.
* Deep knowledge of electrochemistry, especially electrodeposition and anodization.
* Proficient in patterning techniques on wafer scale.
* Experience in scaling processes from lab to industrial levels.
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Flexibility to adapt expertise to various processes and applications.
* Full professional proficiency in English, with Dutch as a plus.
