We're looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) initiatives in a modern international environment.
Your Role
Gather and document business requirements for ITAM/HAM
Improve workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer
Support lifecycle tracking, governance, and reporting
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
Assist in testing (UAT) and deliver clear documentation
Present solutions to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
* 1+ year working on ServiceNow implementations (HAM is a plus)
* Knowledge of asset lifecycle and reporting
* Agile + JIRA experience
* Strong communication & stakeholder management
* English & French (B2+)
