As a Business Developer, you play a crucial role in expanding our client base and identifying new business opportunities within the engineering sector. You build relationships with existing and new clients and develop strategic collaborations.

Contracts & Rate Negotiations

Ideal Profile
Your Profile
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role within B2B services.
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial, technical, or economic field.
Communication
* You translate strategies into concrete proposals and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. A mistake in a clause or a misunderstanding in a pitch can cause damage, so your language requirements are:
* Persuasive in both verbal and written communication.
* Excellent command of Dutch and English; German and French are a plus.
* Knowledge of business jargon and cultural nuances, essential for negotiations with international partners.
