Key Responsibilities
* Production Planning: Develop and manage an integrated system encompassing ERP, MRP, and shop floor planning to optimize production.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team responsible for production and production preparation, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
* Process Streamlining: Identify and implement strategies to streamline production processes and supporting systems.
* Problem-Solving: Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve operations.

Qualifications
* Master's degree in Electro Mechanics, Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in production planning and process optimization.
* Strong knowledge of ERP, MRP, and shop floor planning systems.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and lead process improvement initiatives.
