Job Description
As a KAM your responsibilities are:
Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the retail and public sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities and work on strategies to expand market presence.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful KAM should have:
Fluency in French, Dutch, and English, with excellent communication skills in all three languages.
Proven experience in managing key accounts - coming from the logistics - transport - retail or e-commerce industry
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
