In order to strengthen its Human Resources team, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a particular interest in technical recruitment.
What will your responsibilities be?
Based at the Haren site:
* You will be fully responsible for internal and external recruitment processes (mainly for blue collar candidates). This includes: identifying staffing needs, drafting job postings, conducting tests and interviews, writing evaluation reports, and maintaining close follow up with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
* You will manage the pre selection of candidates: defining criteria, crafting job ads, and reviewing applications.
* You will oversee candidate follow up and determine selection stages.
* You will carry out candidate assessments using appropriate tools (tests, interviews, reports).
* You will actively search for candidates to ensure the right person is placed in the right role.
* You will contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment procedures and processes.
* You will support specific recruitment initiatives (temporary staff, student workers, etc.) as well as departmental activities (e.g. reintegration programs following long term absences, reorganizations, etc.).
* You will ensure regular reporting through dashboards.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or possess equivalent experience in the field.
* You are proficient in recruitment selection and interview techniques.
* Expertise in psychometric testing, analysis, and interpretation is a plus.
* You have a solid command of MS Office tools.
* You are highly proficient in both national languages, written and spoken.
* Your personal attributes: A strong sense of ethics, rigor and organizational skills, logical thinking, objectivity, flexibility, empathy, ability to work both independently and within a team, excellent interpersonal skills, and sound reasoning.
