We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support leadership and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a key role at the heart of the business, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and reliability to a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership and internal teams
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and key business appointments
* Support finance-related administration including invoicing, payment follow-up, document preparation, and audit support
* Oversee office management tasks, supplies, meeting room coordination, and visitor reception
* Assist with events, partner meetings, investor communications, and general team support
Your Profile
* Previous experience in an administrative, executive support, or office coordination role or a relevant degree in administration, management, or a related field
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to manage priorities and handle confidential information with discretion
* Strong communication skills in French, Dutch, and English
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email/calendar management, and CRM tools
