Reporting to the Marketing Director, you hold a strategic role at the interface between product innovation, marketing, and production. You are responsible for the development of new products, from their design to their industrialization, ensuring a balance between creativity, consumer expectations, product quality, and industrial constraints.
As a true creative and technical expert, you actively contribute to the performance and differentiation of the product offering, while guaranteeing technical feasibility, cost control, and reproducibility on an industrial scale.
Your Mission
Develop and industrialize innovative chocolate products, balancing creativity, consumer expectations, quality, and industrial constraints.
Your Responsibilities
* Define and manage product innovation projects
* Create recipes aligned with market trends and consumer expectations
* Ensure the technical feasibility and industrialization of products & adapt developments to industrial constraints
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Production teams
* Optimize product costs and performance
* Participate in trials and validations
* Supervise a chocolatier daily
* Represent the company at events and demonstrations
Your Profile
* Chocolatier-confectioner diploma
* Minimum 10 years of experience, ideally in an industrial environment
* Excellent command of techniques and processes
* Ability to combine creativity and industrial constraints
* Team spirit, pragmatism, and solutions-oriented
* Good communication skills
* Demonstrate a strong passion for chocolate
