Job beschrijving

1. You assist Audit Management Assistants with client acceptance procedures. You initiate annual client acceptance procedures by documenting background checks and group structures. You identify and follow up on required information for anti-money laundering and other compliance related topics. You follow-up on the process to respect the deadlines by reminding your colleagues to take actions.
2. You assist in maintaining data up to date in our systems by registering final documents into databases.
3. You update the planning tool for the whole Belgium team in close collaboration with local Planning Coordinators and local Planning Management Assistants.

4. Mother tongue Dutch with knowledge of French and good knowledge of English.
5. Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, sense of responsibilities, autonomy, dynamism.
