As our Legal Counsel, you become LCL’s primary legal point of contact, reporting to the CFO. You work closely with the management team, as well as colleagues in sales and operations, and with external legal partners. You ensure our activities remain compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and you translate legal risks into clear, workable solutions.

What specifically do you do as a Legal Counsel at LCL?
* You draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including NDAs, commercial agreements and supplier, customer and partnership contracts.
* You guide the legal side of our M&A activities, from due-diligence work to post-deal integrations.
* You advise the business on corporate governance, company law and wider compliance questions.
* You track developments in data protection (GDPR), IT and telecom regulations and translate them into clear, practical guidance.
* You manage disputes and coordinate all collaboration with external counsel.
* You shape internal policies and legal templates that support consistent, efficient workflows.
* You reduce legal risks and boost awareness across teams through training, guidelines and hands‑on checklists.
Is this something for you?
* You hold a Master of Laws degree (Belgian law).
* You bring over three years of relevant experience, preferably gained in private practice.
* You have solid experience in M&A, contract law, compliance and data protection.
* You combine sharp analytical thinking with strong business instincts.
* You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French adds extra value.
