The Role
This is a pure new-business role with strong autonomy and high visibility. You’ll be part of a growing regional commercial team and will focus on bringing on new customers across Belgium, particularly targeting smaller pharma and biotech organisations who need a credible logistics partner as they scale.
You’ll report into the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with operational and technical teams to build winning solutions.
In this role, you will:
* Hunt new business (minimum 50% of your time prospecting, meeting, and converting)
* Build a strong pipeline of SME biotech / small pharma accounts
* Win new customers through consultative, face-to-face relationship building
* Develop tailored logistics solutions for clinical and commercial supply chains
* Represent the business professionally in the market — conferences, client sites, and partner meetings
* Own your territory, strategy, and results with full accountability for performance
What We’re Looking For
* 3–4 years’ business development experience with consistent new business wins
* A genuine hunter mindset — you enjoy prospecting, chasing, and closing
* Experience in clinical trial logistics, pharma logistics, or life sciences supply chain solutions
* Confidence building relationships in-person — you’ll be visible in-market and customer-facing
* Strong communication and credibility with technical stakeholders (clinical operations, supply chain, QA, procurement)
* A structured, target-driven approach with pace, urgency, and resilience
