What does your job look like as a PMO IT Roadmap? As Project Manager Officer (PMO) – IT Roadmap, you are the central driving force behind NN Belgium’s IT roadmap. You oversee the progress of the full IT project portfolio and ensure structure, clarity, and transparent reporting towards the IT Management Team and the Executive Committee. You build and maintain the IT roadmap, analyse budgets and KPIs, and translate complex information into clear reports and presentations. Thanks to your work, stakeholders have a continuous and accurate view of where we are today, where we are heading, and what is needed to get there. What will you do? Build, manage and monitor the IT roadmap Track progress, dependencies and risks across the IT project portfolio Perform budget tracking and KPI analysis to support decision‑making Prepare clear reporting and presentations for IT Management Team and ExCo Work closely with project managers, product owners and scrum masters Ensure adherence to governance, standards and procedures Support alignment and prioritisation across IT initiatives You will gain a broad overview of projects across four IT domains: Banking solutions Broker platforms Customer‑facing digital initiatives (digitalisation & AI applications) Legal & compliance projects Why this role?
